Triesa Rusniaty is the owner / instructor that operates the studio, she's been teaching pilates since 2010. She is dedicated to helping clients achieve their full potential. Triesa will be providing personalized instruction and support to ensure that you are getting the most out of your practise.

Triesa’s post secondary began in her home country at the University of Indonusa Esa Unggul. There she earned a bachelor degree in public health. She eventually pursued a career in the fitness industry. She is a fully certified STOTT pilates instructor in all levels. Triesa is also certified in TRX and Red Cord Active suspension methods. She is also trained in pre and post natal Pilates, special populations Pilates, Neuro Kinetic Therapy L1, Muscles activation by Douglas heel and has attended various workshops throughout her career.
